Friends Fulfill Israel Burial Wish For Spring Valley Woman Killed In Crash

SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. -- Holly Unger of Spring Valley wanted to be buried in Israel, and that wish was fulfilled Friday thanks to the efforts of her friends and neighbors, according to a report on lohud.com.

Unger died Wednesday at age 57 after a collision with a bus on Viola Road in Ramapo, LoHud reported. Ramapo police are investigating the cause of the crash, according to lohud.

After only a few hours, friends anonymously raised about $22,000 to pay for the flight to Israel plus burial expenses, according to lohud.
